We offer our customers two distinct databases to search for property, Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Linknet.
MLS - With MLS, you can search immediately for properties listed in the City of Boston and all the suburbs, including Cambridge and Brookline. In addition, you have the option to register on MLS Property Finder to significantly enhance your search capability.
Linknet - Linknet lists properties located primarily in the City of Boston. Linknet’s advantage is that it typically has 25% to 30% more properties listed for sale in Boston than MLS.
Use Linknet and MLS together, and your search capability will be optimized.
